My approach

As a creative producer, I’m motivated by how the different parts of your project fit together, from concept development and dramaturgy, to project management, securing funding and getting it in front of an audience.

I love making connections between ideas to help you build a bigger picture for your project.

My approach focuses on three areas:

The work - the process, the artistic language and the concept
The work culture - communication, leadership, team dynamics and wellbeing
The context for the work - growth strategy, platforms or venues, funding and social politics
